Very nice stay at this all inclusive child-friendly resort with great food

The food was nice, the staff was exceptionally friendly, spoke German and mostly English, the beach and the availability of sun chairs were always given. Snorkeling was great and the diving spot was in walking distance.

The door keys often didn't work and we had to go back and forth to the reception. Everything else was fabulous.

Cleanliness,kindness of staff, variety of food, close to the beach

The last two days where characterized by extensive renovation works. We also had to bend below a yellow tape saying “do not cross” to access the building to our room. One of the two pools was closed overnight, without any notice or apologies from the hotel. I think this behaviour, which somehow ruined our last two days, is not accettable in a hotel of this category.

Relaxing, comfortable and brilliant stay

Fantastic staff which were super friendly and helpful. Beach with amenities was just a couple of mins walk away. Food at the rasturant was great, different meals with range of local and international meals. Room was a great size and very comfortable. Plenty of things to do around the resort such as billiards, table tennis, the pool, as well as a shuttle to the (free) water park which was fantastic.

To be honest, wasn't much we didn't like at all

Exceptional

This hotel is amazing. We spent 10 days here, but we could spend another 10 easily. Staff is super friendly, animation team works hard so you will never get bored. There is a show every night. Room and the whole hotel area was super clean. Food was exceptional, traditional Egyptian dishes and European taste as well. Every dinner there is a fresh pasta bar and barbecue. In the morning eggs and pancakes are served fresh. We got 1 free dinner at the chosen a la carte restaurant. We have chosen the Asian one, where you can eat and drink as much as you want. I have never eaten that good in my life. In the hotel, between the meals you can eat hamburger and pizza by the pool and on the beach. Beach is 5 min walk in a beautiful patio. There are reefs at the private beach area, where you can snorkel a lot. We could see lion fish and ray.

The BEST HOTEL in Egypt

We loved everything! We are frequent travelers around Egypt and we have been to Hurghada more than 20 times and this was our BEST stay. I feel like there are not enough words to describe how super nice this place is. Rooms are big, very clean and updated. Food is very various and everything is delicious. Staff is amazing, everyone is so friendly and so funny , they are doing everything just to make you happy. Service is always so good! ANIMATION TEAM - guys , thank you so much, you are such a great team and you made our vacation unforgettable ️ Charly, Stefan , Lion , Sarah - you are doing an amazing job ! ️ Angelo you are special - the best animator and a wonderful person ️ always smiling, always funny, very kind and very beautiful! We will definitely be back next time!

Hotel Facilities,everything was easily accessible.

Hotel Facilities,everything was easily accessible. Friendly Staff, good location, food was very nice and facilities were clean.

There was a stain on one of our pillow cases and the duvet cover which put me off, but we asked for them to be changed which roomservice happily did and things were cleaner afterwards. Everything else was clean in the room and everywhere else in the hotel. The room description on booking.com said there would be ironing facilities in the room so I expected an iron there but you actually have to call recetpion and borrow it for an hour which was a bit annoying but at least there was an option.

Good stay, bad reception!

Friendly staff, delicious snacks with variety of options, spacious pool

A bir far from beach (350 m approx), limited buffet variety, old and noisy A/C, room service didn't refill the room drinks/ towels properly, shuttle bus left us ( 6 adults including an 8 months pregnant lady plus a 6 months old baby) at the aqua and when we called the reception they offered to send a private lemo with extra charge to pick us up! Epic fail...

One week in Hurghada

Me and my partner enjoyed 6 nights all inclusive at the Jaz Makadi Oasis. We arranged a hotel transfer through email which was a pain free process. We arrived early and were greeted with breakfast and an early check in. The room was spacious and well equipped and very clean. I was surprised that there were no toiletries provided (apart from soap and shower gel) however it didn’t matter too much as we had brought our own. The food selection and quality was excellent. I got ill one day and unfortunately had to spend a whole day in the room, but I’m unsure why, as my partner had eaten the same food and was fine. The beach was lovely, although a 10 minute walk from the hotel (I had been under the impression that the hotel itself was on the beach). The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and all went the extra mile to ensure we had the perfect stay. The entertainment acts were of a very high quality. Included in our stay was a visit to the aqua park which was a lot of fun and the free shuttle bus meant minimal hassle. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!

Great place for snorkling

The sea and beach are amazing but you must know how to swim in order to enjoy. The food was great, lots of varieties and very clean, also tasty. The pool was nice. The room design is nice

The stuff, around 85% are very bad and don't know how to deal with guests. The beach around 5mins walk but there must be another way to reach in case of children or disability or so

solo holiday was for some down time from heavy working life in london. i will go back soon

tennis coach was very good and worth the extra money but the gym instructer MO was the bomb and full of knowledge. thanks mo your help was tremendous as i love working out. Mo is a Gem but the gym could do with an up grade . Book a gym session with MO to bring you back to correct technique.

Beach is amazing and not far, snacks and bars are everywhere even in the waterpark , waterpark free ticket was really nice had so much dun there, a great effort in the entertainment every night , best of all is the card i received in the night of my birthday, very nice gesture

Some of the Staff were not that nice with locals, the room was far away from the lobby and had minor finishing issues, called reception for a bellman with a cart on checkout , no show after waiting 30 mins

Pool - all inclusive package - animation show was quite amusing - beach isn't far - free one time entrance to makadi water world - reception staff

Service is below average rarely found someone smiling at me or greets me or even responded to my greeting - asked a chef to put something for my baby in the microwave & he told me that it's not working?? - someone knocked my door & woke me up at 8 am to remind me that today is my check-out which irritated me
